Starmarie’s 5th in Best of Anime 2018

Fantasy Idol group Starmarie comes back to Best of Anime to give smiles and radiance to their Filipino fans for the fifth time!

The fantasy idol group, Starmarie came back to Best of Anime 2018 to spread their love and smiles to their fans.

Hi-chan, Non-chan, Monya, Shin-chan, and Kae-chan were present at Best of Anime’s both days this weekend.

On the first day of the event, the idol group acted as judges for the Anime Idol Dance Battle wherein aspiring idol group perform on stage.

At their booth, fans already formed a line just to meet their idols up close and to interact with them.

The second day of the convention was Starmarie fans ‘most awaited day. Fans filled the stage area with their enthusiasm, lightsticks, and lively chants just for their idols as they performed on stage.

Of course, they didn’t fail the girls during the meet and greet. Fans patiently waited at Meeting Room 5 for Starmarie’s meet and greet session. Greeting cards were on display and attendees are free to write messages for them. There were also birthday greeting cards for Hi-chan and Monya who will be celebrating their birthdays on October.

Starmarie merchandise were also on display for fans who would like to purchase them and have them signed during the session.

Finally, it was time for the awaited meeting. Cheers and greetings filled the room as the girls entered, flashing everyone their smiles.

Fans were ever so eager to ask them questions and Starmarie was even excited to answer them.

The girls shared how much they enjoyed their time in Star City, and how they want to try to ride a jeepney.

When asked their favorite Filipino food, everyone cheered as Non-chan happily declared, “Jollibee!” and even did the Jollibee dance.

They also revealed that if given a chance, they would want to collaborate with Philippines’ own MNL48.

Everyone was touched then they answered “everyone!” when asked what they liked about the Philippines. They shared how happy they are that they gain more fans every time they go back to the country.

“Philippines is important to us… we will come many times,” Shin-chan told the group. Followed by Non-chan who raised her pinky and declared “promise!”
