Cosplay.PH returns for their second event this year with FanFes 2024 at Space at One Ayala, Makati City, last May 18-19, 2024.
Let us check Setsu-Ani‘s POV for this two-day event as Cosplay.PH brought it forth to us last weekend.
The event doors open for both days as early as 10:30 A.M, over at the 5th floor of One Ayala where the new exhibition hall, Space is located. Security was tight as it was the first anime convention to be held over at One Ayala. Tons of booths were set up as well as the return of the “Cosplanomicion” freedom wall which was located outside the halls of Space.
Different stage activities were conducted during both days which included the return of Yoshinoya’s “Gyudon Eating Contest” which was last held back at ACX 2018, four brand new segments which include “Think Talk” “Price Fight” “Guess the Sketch” and “Anisong Unleashed,”. and the yearly Solo Cosplay Catwalk and Cosplay Auction.
We also got to see some performances from Feedb5ck and DNE during their respective days.
Aside from the performances and stage activities, other notable events for both days are JooA‘s, Ing‘s, Berry‘s, and Tomia‘s respective Q&A segments.
FanFes ’24 wouldn’t be complete without its Cosplayer Attendees and Special Guests as we spotted some of our local PH cosplayers roaming around the new exhibition hall of One Ayala and the interactions of JooA, Ing, Berry, and Tomia with their fans at their respective meet and greet sessions during day 2.
