Cosplay.PH brings forth their momentous and most anticipated event as well as their fourth installment for this year with Cosplay Mania (CosMania/CosMa) 2024 this coming October 4-6, 2024 at Halls 1-4, SMX Convention Center Manila, Pasay City.
What to look forward to at Cosplay Mania 2024?
Cosplay Mania will be embarking on its 16th year as they bring us an extravagant 3-day event. Following CosCarni ’24‘s “Prelude to the Seas”, FanFes ’24‘s “The Steelsmith Arc”, and ACX ’24‘s “Chapter of Flame”. This year’s theme for CosMania ’24 is “Zenith in the Clouds”.
Cosplay Mania 2024’s Floor Plan
This year’s CosMania features tons of new stage activities which include Kaiju Sweeper, Dance Renegade, Cosplay Janken, Geo Hunter, and LyriQuest. Additionally, specific day events will be also held with Anisong Unleashed for Day 1, Cosplay Karaoke, and the finale for the Cosplay Mania Cup for Day 2, and Cosplay Karaoke Cup and Hall Cosplay Masquerade for Day 3.
CosMania ’24’s Special Guest Cosplayers and All-Star Avenue Line-up
CosMania ’24 brings forth their special guest cosplayers hailing across the world as they showcase their skills, talents, and dedication to bring forth characters all love to life. This year’s line-up will include Tayrn, Byoru, and Lea as you can catch them on stage with their respective Q&A segments or have a meet and greet session with them on all 3 days of the event. Hiroto Kuramasu will be returning for his 5th special appearance as well as he brings forth and shares his Ikémen Series-otome culture once again. You can also meet and interact with your favorite local cosplayers and performers over at the All-Star Avenue.
CosMania ’24’s Special Guest Vtubers Line-up
Vtuber fans rejoice as CosMania ’24 also brings Hololive Indonesia‘s “Ancient Keris”, Anya Melfissa as well as returning for her 2nd guest appearance here in the PH after CosMania ’23, the “Secret Agent”, Vestia Zeta. They will be also joined by two members of Holostars EN – ARMIS with the enigmatic puppeteer Octavio, and the ferocious Jurard T Rexford.You can also catch special performances from ASHA and KeiraVT during their respective Anisound Sessions.
CosMania ’24’s Special Voice Actor Guest
This year’s special guest voice actor is known for her exceptional voice as well as her unique voice-acting skills and versatility. You can hear her in various video games which include Baliu in Honkai: Star Rail, Cabernet in Path to Nowhere, and Mayday in No Straight Roads. Visiting the Philippines for the first time, Malaysian-American voice actor, Su Ling Chan.
The Long-awaited JAM Concert Line-up
The long-awaited JAM/Japanese Anime Music Concert line-up is finally here as Cosplay.PH brings forth six popular J-pop artists which include famous Vocaloid composer and producer behind Project Diva’s Tell Your World and other popular Hatsune Miku hits, kz(livetune), Singer-songwriter known for her tremendous and extensive genre of ending themes and soundtracks from prominent animes with the likes of Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari’s Seasons 1-3 ending songs, Chiai Fujikawa, Japanese rock, disco, and soul band known internationally for their vibrant and funky opening with Flyers in Death Parade, BRADIO, the world-renowned Japanese 3-piece band known for their intense and dynamic discography featured in Tentou in DanMachi Season 4 Opening, sajou no hana, one of the rising Japanese artist known for her infamous opening songs with Howling in Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei and Resister from Sword Art Online, ASCA, and lastly the one and only J-pop Princess and actress known for her captivating songs and energetic performance celebrated worldwide since her debut track “Believe” for Mobile Suit Gundam SEED, Nami Tamaki.
Ticket Details and Event Guides
CosMania ’24 tickets started their sales last September 3 via Ticketmax with having 3 different ticket tiers Silver Tier for 599 pesos, Gold Tier for 1,999 pesos, and VIP Tier for 3,999 pesos. In addition, a Portal VIP 3-Day ticket is also made available for 9,999 pesos which also includes the best and closest reserved seating for the JAM Concert for all 3 days as well as access to the lounge area, exclusive merch, and priority lane for all the meet and greet sessions from the special guests. Additional charges may be included.
